Role Overview

This is a high-performing sales role that focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing strategic enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets through proactive outreach, networking and lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and connect with key decision-makers at defined list of enterprise clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and lead generation initiatives.
  • Qualify potential opportunities and ensure accurate reflection of Enterprise pipeline in Salesforce at all times.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to Head of Sales and Senior Management.
  • Influence and shape client requests for proposals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Link customer initiatives and pain points with SaaS solutions and demonstrate value proposition superiority.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, working closely with internal teams to define value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring seamless handoff of signed clients to Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise clients, preferably in eCommerce, B2C/B2B logistics or parcel delivery services.
  • Results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Able to close deals in excess of €250k ARR in a consultative manner.
  • Possesses exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and C-level relationship-building skills, with a self-starting approach to navigating large organisations.
  • Metric-driven, comfortable working with data to draw insights and drive decision-making.
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally regularly, with a valid driving licence and ability to commute across UK and Globally as required.
