As a team leader, you will be responsible for providing daily guidance and direction to a team of 15-20 Analysts. You will be self-motivated, friendly, and have a passion for supporting the development of your team members through critical and creative thinking.

You will identify, promote, and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals set by leadership. This includes establishing relationships with employees, understanding their motivations, and overseeing performance management to ensure operational metrics are met.

You will effectively execute on management and administrative tasks such as leading staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-one's, hiring, training, and developing employee performance. You will drive operational improvements, team collaboration, and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.
