Job Summary:
">The Air and Ocean Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with customers, guaranteeing timely collections and deliveries. The supervisor must also manage export documents, oversee export custom clearance, and provide updates on pre-alerts and flight details to customers and overseas offices.
This position requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. The supervisor must ensure compliance with revenue and customs regulations, company procedures, and industry legislation. Effective communication is crucial, both internally and externally, to meet customer service standards.
">- Facilitate clear and efficient communication with customers and service partners.
- Manage export documentation and ensure timely custom clearance.
- Provide regular updates on shipment details and pre-alerts.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas offices.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Monitor and address supplier queries and CASS issues.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in air/ocean coordination.
- Proven track record in freight/logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and monitoring abilities.
