
Leading Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Team Manager to lead a high-performing team in our claims department. The successful candidate will oversee claims handling for Motor and Home claims, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling Motor and/or Home claims in an insurance environment. Previous leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory. We are looking for individuals with strong technical expertise and mentoring skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of claims handlers.
- Oversee claims handling for Motor and Home claims.
- Provide technical claims oversight and guidance.
- Monitor key performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in claims handling.
- Management Experience: Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
