Job Title: Indirect Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional in indirect procurement to join our dynamic and progressive team. Ideally, you will have experience in IT procurement as this is your primary portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and drive category strategies and manage packaging and other categories as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze areas of spend and identify sourcing initiatives to pursue.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and provide data to finance teams across the business.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers.
  • Manage indirect procurement suppliers and review new supplier requests.
  • Improve and develop all procurement processes and operational management requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of commercial experience with high-value contract negotiation.
  • Preferably with an IT portfolio.
  • Experience in marketing, supply chain, sales & marketing, or property (key cost areas).
  • Direct or indirect procurement experience.
  • Influencing stakeholders up to executive level.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and resilience.
