Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and management of construction materials, tools, and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring high-quality materials and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

  • Source and procure construction materials, tools, and services in line with project requirements.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders, and track procurement costs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best possible pricing and terms.
  • Support supplier relationship management, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years' experience in procurement, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
