Job Overview

The role of a Digital Systems Coordinator involves overseeing the deployment, integration, and optimization of digital technologies to support business operations and strategic objectives.

This position ensures effective management of technical teams responsible for delivering digital systems, including ABB DCS, PLC systems, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, and CSV areas.

It also entails coordination with external partners and collaboration across departments to achieve project goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades of digital systems to ensure security, compliance, and functionality.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for digital systems issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate activities with the EPCMV team, as required, and collaborate with software vendors, service providers, and contractors to support digital system capabilities.
  • Ensure automation compliance with global policies, procedures, and guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc., preferably in API manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of project planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS Planner online.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cybersecurity certifications) are a plus.
