This role plays a pivotal part in driving sales and client engagement within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with team leads on call flow management and volume optimization.
- Effectively handle web inquiries and customer queries, consistently delivering successful sales outcomes across a broad range of products.
- Guide customers through the sales process, clearly articulating product benefits and cover options.
- Maintain proactive communication with prospective customers via outbound calls to promote products, provide advice, and secure sales.
- Support senior team members in designing targeted campaigns to boost sales performance.
- Manage sales activity in conjunction with team leads to achieve set targets.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver service that exceeds company standards.
- Take ownership of work to ensure accuracy and quality are maintained at the highest level.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, colleague inquiries, and management communications.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and annual team targets.
- Partner with senior team members and the compliance department to ensure all file records meet required standards.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 1 year's relevant insurance industry experience is required.
- Compliance with Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements and APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification at minimum, with a willingness to pursue further certifications.
- An enthusiastic and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills; knowledge of Relay/Applied is an advantage.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to change as the organization evolves.
- The ability to prioritize workloads effectively and adapt to unexpected challenges.
