About the RoleYou will join the Client Change Practice team, working closely with clients, technology, operations, relationship management, and product teams to drive change from initiation to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycles.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to analyse, scope, and document improvements.
- Create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance lifecycles.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed with proposed solutions.
- Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensure timely approvals, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals.
- Complete and review all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Transfer agency experience is a must – ideally within a funds environment.
- Strong background in business analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and drive decisions at senior levels.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
