Job Overview:

The Customer Experience team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional user experiences through process optimization, order management, and problem-solving initiatives. As a key member of this team, you will be tasked with driving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products ordered.

- Engage with buyers and sellers in a customer-centric manner to foster positive interactions.
- Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general inquiries with high quality and timeliness.
- Develop expertise in the Whatnot product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in support roles handling email and/or chat services.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Fluency in English and French, with an understanding of the French Market.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • A strong focus on serving customers and being proactive in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous start-up experience is beneficial.
