About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our growing team as a Health Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with Activities of Living and personal care in their own homes, following each client's care plan, promoting client comfort, dignity, and wellbeing, and providing a high standard of care in compliance with our policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Follow the requirements of each client's care plan
  • Promote client independence and confidence
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
  • QQI Level 5 modules in Care of the Older Person and Care Skills / Healthcare Support or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • Minimum one year's experience caring for others and willingness to complete required training
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport
