The successful candidate will join our team in Children's Respite, Lavanagh House, Cork, where they will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs. As a Social Care Worker, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop personalized plans that cater to the unique requirements of each service user.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of personal plans that address the individual needs and goals of service users.
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, including those with physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges.
- Engage in professional supervision to ensure ongoing growth and development as a practitioner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Eligible applicants must hold professional registration with the Social Care Workers Registration Board at CORU or have a comparable qualification recognized by the board.
- Candidates must possess a Schedule 3 qualification or a recognized Social Care qualification.
- Annual registration on the Social Care Workers Register is mandatory upon appointment.
