Job Title: Agile Process Facilitator

The Agile Process Facilitator will oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies across cross-functional teams responsible for software development, digital transformation, and process improvement projects in a multinational pharmaceutical setting.

  • Ensuring Agile Coaching is provided to guide teams and stakeholders on Agile principles tailored to regulated environments.
  • Leading regular team meetings and progress reviews with pharmaceutical project teams.
  • Identifying and removing impediments impacting team productivity while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business and regulatory needs.
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations.
  • Tracking team progress, velocity, and deliverables; providing transparent reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or other technical discipline, and proven experience managing digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.

Additionally, they should possess strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles, and proficiency with relevant tools and platforms specific to the industry.
