Agile Engineering Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, with 3 days onsite work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project management and experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Removing impediments and coaching team members on agile practices
  • Bridging communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders
  • Continuously refining team processes and implementing best practices
  • Tracking sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with a proven track record of successful sprint delivery
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
  • Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management

The compensation for this position will be determined by factors such as the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
