Agile Transformation Specialist

The Agile Transformation Specialist will facilitate collaborative processes within cross-functional teams responsible for software development, digital transformation, and/or process improvement initiatives.

Ensure that Agile practices are effectively applied while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11, supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant solutions.

Support validation, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives critical to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to promote collaboration and productivity among team members
  2. Develop and implement Agile frameworks to ensure efficient project management and delivery
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives and translate them into actionable plans
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance
