Job Opportunity

LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Scrum Master to join a top 10 Pharmaceutical company based in Tipperary. The site supports the complete pharmaceutical small molecule process from Phase III clinical to product release and market support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 10 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry looking for their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile Scrum processes within cross-functional teams responsible for software development, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
  • This role ensures Agile practices are effectively applied while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11, supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant solutions.
  • This role supports validation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives critical to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

As a Scrum Master you will be expected to provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and collaboration between teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
