Assume responsibility for managing a diverse range of employee relations and compliance matters within the EMEA region.
- Establish effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to provide expert guidance on employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation concerns, and develop actionable recommendations based on findings.
- Develop and implement regional performance management processes in partnership with leaders and business partners to ensure alignment with core values and compliance with local law.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and insights in investigative and performance management spheres.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, focused on ER investigations, employment legal, performance management, compliance, and/or other applicable HR experiences
- Solid understanding of EMEA regulations and employment requirements
- Strong ability to manage complex work, navigate ambiguity, and drive change as processes evolve
- Experience with data analytics in support of organizational health
