ERP Finance Implementation Lead

This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end ERP finance implementations for a cloud-first platform. Working closely with finance directors and business owners, you will guide them through complex implementations, ensuring best practices are followed and systems are configured to meet real-world financial needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in multiple ERP finance implementations, with full go-live responsibility. A strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and payable, is essential. The ability to configure and deliver ERP systems, as well as experience with data migration and ETL, is also required.

Additionally, proficiency in SQL and Excel is necessary. Confidence in advising and influencing senior finance stakeholders, as well as flexibility to travel when required, are highly valued. This is a remote-first role with full flexibility across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle ERP finance implementations from scoping through to go-live.
  • Configure, modify, and integrate ERP finance modules.
  • Build strong relationships with finance directors and senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Multiple ERP finance implementations completed.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes.
  • Hands-on configuration and delivery experience.
  • Experience with data migration and ETL.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
