Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, working closely with the management team to provide commercial insight to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key projects and process improvements, identifying areas for automation and streamlining processes.

They will also partner with senior commercial owners and non-financial teams to provide insightful commercial analysis and drive business performance.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  1. Partner with senior commercial owners and non-financial teams to provide stakeholders with insightful commercial analysis.
  2. Identify, own and develop commercial KPIs and related dashboards and reports.
  3. Conduct bottom-up assessment and appraisal of processes and routines.
  4. Proactively communicate and manage customer key accounts and proposals.
  5. Present to senior stakeholders internal and external on value drivers within the business.
  6. Prepare consistent weekly and monthly commercial reporting for the Management and Leadership teams.
  7. Ensure commercial strategy for new opportunities is developed correctly and priced accordingly.
  8. Support governance, control and automation of pricing processes.
