Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the construction of a high-quality hostel accommodation project in Dublin. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Development and be responsible for managing the site team to deliver this complex project.

  • Provide leadership and management to the project construction team, ensuring high standards are maintained and required resources are available.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors with the program of works.
  • Identify and resolve buildability challenges, proposing cost-effective or program-advantageous construction methods.
  • Ensure accurate and transparent reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Plans, outlining key project delivery parameters, including resourcing, procurement, and program management.
  • Responsible for project delivery to quality, program, health & safety, and environmental standards, complying with relevant regulations.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and design teams, ensuring efficient sequencing and information production.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Background in large-scale mixed residential or commercial construction, with a proven track record of leading project teams (10+ years of experience).
  • Excellent knowledge of latest construction methodologies, building regulation, and certification standards.
