Care Service Manager

The Care Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our respite service. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality care is delivered in a safe and supportive environment.
To achieve this, they must develop effective strategies for managing resources, implementing systems that guarantee quality, and maintaining occupancy levels throughout the year.
They will also be responsible for updating policies and procedures, as well as ensuring safeguarding measures are in place.
In addition, they must continuously monitor and improve service quality through observation and audit.
This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A registered nurse with a Social Care (Honours) Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in respite services is highly desirable
