Care Services Manager

The Healthcare Supervisor role is a vital position in delivering high-quality care services. This position involves overseeing a team of care assistants and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Conduct thorough care supervision visits and risk assessments to ensure the well-being of our clients.
- Onboard new customers, including detailed Care Plans and risk assessments, to provide a seamless transition into our care services.
- Train and assess new health care assistants to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to clients, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- QQI Level 5 Health Care Award or equivalent (or working towards QQI Level 6)
- Full Clean Driver's License and access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare equipment and devices
- Time management and task prioritization
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
