Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to manage our Concierge Security Services team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical staff and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of high-value security services to our customers.

You will coach, work closely with, and collaborate across teams to fulfill key responsibilities, including developing and inspiring a world-class consulting team, ensuring consistent delivery of security services, and managing staffing and performance aspects of your team.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. You will also have experience in defense-in-depth security models, risk management, and common compliance frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience in a security operations or vulnerability management;
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in a technical security role;
  • Experience as a cybersecurity consultant is essential;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in the cybersecurity field;
  • Excellent customer-partnering and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
