About the Role
  • Manage multi-location payroll operations for a large volume of employees across Ireland and the UK, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service levels.
  • Oversee payroll tax activities, including compliance with multi-jurisdictional tax regulations.
  • Train and develop the payroll team to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with HR functions to ensure seamless information flow and consistent payroll treatment for employees.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head of Payroll or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Expertise in payroll processing, with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
