Panel Beater Role Overview

The Panel Beater will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle refurbishments while adhering to SHEQ procedures and safe working practices.

This key role requires a skilled individual who can work on own initiative, apply excellent attention to detail, and utilize their knowledge of the vehicle refurbishment process.

  • Strip damaged vehicles in preparation for repair
  • Prep and prime vehicles for repair
  • Deliver high-standard repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with SHEQ procedures
  • Ensure adherence to safe working/operating practices
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified Panel Beater with prior experience in a similar capacity
  • Thorough understanding of the vehicle refurbishment process
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
  • Team player with exceptional attention to detail
  • Full driving license
  • Good standard of written and spoken English
