Senior Global Mobility Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Mobility Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating the global mobility programs and assignments within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global mobility policies, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Develop and implement a global mobility strategy that aligns with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
  • Update global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, tax, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient relocation of employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to human capital business partners, employees, and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with human capital business partner, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of international assignments, including compensation and benefits.
  • Provide advice and guidance on international tax obligations and ensure compliance with tax regulations for globally mobile employees, including ensuring accurate tax reporting of taxable benefits in all applicable jurisdictions.
  • Develop cost tracking measures to improve visibility into global mobility program costs and build strategies to reduce the costs.
  • Review and process relocation expense invoices to ensure policy compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to global mobility assignments.
