Campaigns Manager

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in Dublin. The successful candidate will support various fundraising elements including campaigns, community, events, and direct marketing.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Campaigns Executive. This role involves supporting the development of campaign strategies, creating campaign materials, and managing event logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and support Bumbleance events such as our annual hike as required
  • Support the promotion of Campaigns, Community Fundraisers & Events
  • Develop campaign calendar of events with Community and Campaigns Manager
  • Create campaign pages for our key events
  • Recruit for our campaigns
  • Work with Partnerships and Communications team to develop campaign assets
  • Event logistics
  • Work with designers and printers to develop campaign materials
  • Work with Partnerships team to secure sponsorship for campaigns
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience/knowledge of CRM software an advantage
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with a team
  • Experience working to deadlines
  • Design experience an advantage
  • Experience planning events and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising platforms
