We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals and graduates looking to gain experience in the funds industry.

The ideal candidate will be involved in the oversight of client funds, ensuring they continue to be managed in line with all legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements. They will also generate regular and exception-based reporting for each Fund Board to enable its Directors to fulfil their governance obligations.

  • A recognised professional or third level qualification, relevant to the role.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of client funds, ensuring timely receipt and recording of fund reporting and initiating appropriate actions as required.
  2. Supporting the preparation and delivery of requisite reporting to appropriate parties and fund regulators within prescribed deadlines.
  3. Establishing and maintaining excellent client and fund delegate relationships on behalf of the company to ensure clear lines of communication.
  4. Working closely with Relationship Managers in the production of exceptional and regular quarterly reporting for Fund Boards.
  5. Adapting to new tasks and processes, ensuring they are implemented and continuously performed to the required standards.
  6. Fostering a positive team ethic and supporting the development and training of staff when required.
  7. Providing regular feedback to the internal IT Development Team to ensure the on-going evolution of the technology platform to meet growing regulatory reporting requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good numeric, analytical and report writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership of problems and initiative to resolve them.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
  • Client-centric approach.
