Job Title: Asset Oversight Specialist

About the Role:

As an Asset Oversight Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of client funds. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple client funds, guaranteeing timely receipt and recording of fund reports.

You will also be responsible for initiating appropriate actions and supporting the preparation and delivery of reports to relevant parties and fund regulators within set deadlines.

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and fund delegates, ensuring clear communication and fostering a client-centric approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the oversight of multiple client funds, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.
  • Generate regular and exception-based reports for each Fund Board to support their governance obligations.
  • Maintain ownership and initiative in problem-solving, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
