We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, and gardening.
  • Monitor the health of all plants and greenspaces, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, fertilizing and mowing lawns, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues.
  • Assist plumbers and electricians with defects in hotel systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous maintenance experience is required.
  • Safe Pass certification is a plus.
  • Qualifications in trades such as painting, plumbing, or construction are desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and standards-driven.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
