Customer Support Team Lead

Ryanair Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our operations team.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the smooth functioning of our Newskies Helpdesk, providing telephone and email support to all Ryanair European Airports and Call Centres.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as being proactive and diplomatic when dealing with customers under pressure.
This is a permanent position based in our head office in Swords, Co. Dublin, and the successful candidate will work on a shift pattern of 4 days on/4 days off, with shifts ranging from 6am to 5pm and 1pm to Midnight.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide telephone and email support to customers via the Newskies Helpdesk.
- Sending notifications to customers via the Ryanair App regarding flight schedules and cancellations.
- Notify passengers of schedule changes and travel advisories.
- Update web notices on Ryanair.com.
- Create and update customer communications.
- Produce and edit customer travel advisory videos.
