Project Cost Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relevant qualification, with 7+ years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies.
  • Analyze costs, monitor expenditures, and produce financial reports to ensure project delivery within budget and timeframe.
  • Administer contracts, variations, change control, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and certificates.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant qualification.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Project Cost Management role.
  • Professional accreditation (RICS or CIOB) is desired.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 Main or M&E Contractors is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and COINS software.
