The Business Insights Specialist is a strategic and analytical position responsible for enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Develop actionable insights to support strategic planning, commercial operations, and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable insights through effective visualisation and storytelling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and provide insights that inform key initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity, rigour, and forward-thinking analysis within the insights team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a business insights, strategy, or analytics role - ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and how to apply them to business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
