About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Specialist. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and expansion of medical provider network solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning, delivery, and execution of medical provider network expansion.
  • Manage client-related issues and escalations, providing first-time resolution.
  • Lead a small team of regionally-based client network coordinators.
  • Collaborate with MPM regional and central teams to ensure delivery of network expansion, issue management, and other key topics.
  • Act as a key advocate for the client, ensuring a customer-centric approach to delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Project management skills, with experience in coordinating large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of medical provider networks and healthcare services.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail.
