The Opportunity

Clevelcrossing is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our global pricing strategy.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic planning, execution, and thought leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances customer value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize pricing opportunities and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  • Design and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies and tactics.
  • Leverage data and insights to develop and communicate compelling pricing stories to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, sales teams, and customer success managers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pricing and revenue management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or mathematics.
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus.
