Main Responsibilities:

  1. Operating equipment and tools commonly used in construction and facilities maintenance.
  2. Loading and unloading deliveries of materials or equipment.
  3. Collecting materials from suppliers and delivering to various sites as requested.
  4. Responsible for safe and timely delivery of supporting documentation to the Maintenance Office.
  5. Performing routine maintenance tasks, including cutting, drilling, and chasing walls and floors.
  6. Mixing concrete, plastering, cleaning boilers, flues, water storage tanks, gutters, gulleys, and sewers.
  7. Power washing and assisting craftspeople during their duties.
  8. Liaising with outside contractors as required.
  9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Full valid Category B Driving Licence.
