We seek an experienced Project Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company policies
- Identify potential risks in procurement processes and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and price discussions to optimize procurement costs
- Source and evaluate new suppliers, building strong professional relationships
- Oversee supplier performance, addressing areas for improvement and resolving project-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in procurement, preferably in data center construction , civil works, or green energy sectors
- Strong proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and cost analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
