As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the friendly face of the client, supporting customers via chat, phone, or email. You will resolve queries quickly and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution with a personal touch. You will also own complex cases from start to finish, ensuring fairness, transparency, and excellent communication.

You will support investigations into fraud, disputes, and complaints with accuracy and empathy. You will spot and support vulnerable customers, escalating when needed. You will share your knowledge with teammates, helping to improve training and processes.
