Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the success of our Commercial Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to work on high-profile Hospitality Development projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost plans using various techniques and software, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Create long-term cash forecasts, analyze outcomes, and optimize cash flow to minimize outflow while maximizing inflow.
  • Negotiate unfavorable contract terms with clients and employers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:

  • A third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years industry experience working with a reputable Main Contractor in Ireland.
