Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled infrastructure project manager to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement quality control procedures and project specific procedures.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with work colleagues and design teams, review detailed designs, critique and communicate with designers to ensure adequate design is available for construction.
  • Manage subcontractors/general workforce on site, plan works in an efficient manner to ensure program targets are achieved.
  • Maintain site records and records of discussions/meetings with designers and subcontractors, maximize profit through day-to-day actions.
  • FOLLOW DIRECTION AS PART OF A TEAM AND ATTEND MEETINGS AS REQUIRED.

Requirements:

  • Third-level degree in Engineering, 2+ years' experience as a civil site engineer, experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm or similar preferred.
  • Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, excellent communication skills, working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project etc.

Package:

  • Salary €45k - €65k depending on experience.
