Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop product strategy and business case.
- Define strategic product goals.
- Produce product roadmap.

- Collaborate with stakeholders in the production of product budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and product positioning plans.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional product workgroups.
- Lead stakeholder meetings.
- Resolves conflicts and drives consensus.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams.
- Assist in the development of strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage relationships with user groups.
- Support sales team in generation of marketing and awareness plans.
- Provide input into portfolio business plans, roadmaps, strategies, metrics, and progress reports.
We're looking for someone with experience in library services or management systems, and 5+ years experience in product, project or program management. You should have knowledge of library and publisher data and content acquisition workflows, as well as experience leading cross-functional workgroups.
Working ConditionsThis role will be based in a normal office environment.
