Job Title: Product Lead

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Lead to join our team. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather and assess product requirements. You will help prioritize these requirements and communicate them to the development teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working with teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct research.
  • Breaking down large features into smaller, manageable tasks and creating well-written user stories.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and Business Analysts to establish feature goals and work with technical teams to ensure these goals are delivered.
  • Prioritizing stories and making data-driven decisions to ensure alignment with the wider Product Roadmap.
  • Managing the team's workload and timelines, seeking input on complex tasks.
  • Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts.
  • Coordinating and managing team meetings, such as Daily Stand Ups, Planning, Refinement, and Retrospective sessions.
  • Participating in demonstrations of new features to customers and team members.
  • Leading unplanned work without impacting committed deliverables.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A consistent track record of working in product delivery in an agile/scrum environment, ideally 5+ years in a Product Owner/Manager role.
  • Bachelor or master's degree or equivalent experience in a Computer Science, Engineering, or Analytical field.
  • An understanding of how product design works with and integrates into software development.
  • Experience in retail e-commerce, order management, or logistics products is highly desirable.
  • Scrum Certified Product Owner or SAFE 4/5 certified would be beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative.
  • Possess a passion for product development and willingness to introduce change and challenge existing processes.
