Porter Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

  • You will be responsible for receiving and sorting linen trolley deliveries, ensuring all items are stored in the correct areas with delivery dockets submitted to the office.
  • You will collect handover from the Supervisor or Manager at the start of each shift and complete daily assigned tasks, such as delivering cots, beds, and duvets to designated rooms.
  • You will clean stayover rooms if assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and sorting linen trolley deliveries
  • Completing daily assigned tasks
  • Cleaning stayover rooms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is a bonus, but not essential
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
