**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled technical strategist to lead our team in creating innovative and user-centric solutions for our website product and platform.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies that drive business growth and enhance the user experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Develop and maintain long-term technical strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create modular UI components that empower other teams to integrate features smoothly.
  • Collaborate with engineers to break down tasks, enhance team efficiency through code reviews, and build features that improve the user experience.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong technical expertise in software development and engineering principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and support their growth and development.

• Experience building and scaling technical strategies that drive business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities: Include addressing engineering challenges, writing technical strategies, planning architecture discussions, implementing features, collaborating with other teams, mentoring junior engineers.
