Job Overview

The Training Coordinator will design and deliver high-quality training solutions aligned to the organisation's needs, working closely with business leaders and their teams. This role involves leading all aspects of training, including provision of proactive advice, workshop design and delivery, commissioning external providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective training programmes with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Manage the training function and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Partner with senior management teams to influence change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer qualification.
  • Experience using Cornerstone LMS and Rise 360 is advantageous.

  • Deep knowledge of current and best practice training solutions.
