Blockchain Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Integration Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the development and implementation of our blockchain infrastructure.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, improving and maintaining clusters of blockchain daemons/consensus nodes in a scalable and highly redundant way. They will also develop Node/JS workers in Bitfinex's microservices infrastructure that interface with blockchain nodes API (REST/Websocket) interfaces.

  • Design and implement robust monitoring tools to control the stability of Bitfinex's blockchain infrastructure.
  • Create high-quality policies, procedures and technical documentation.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in interacting with blockchain nodes (ie. Bitcoin, Ethereum). You should also have a strong passion for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as well as advanced Node/JavaScript skills.

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of security practices.
  • Solidity, Rust or Golang skills are a plus.
