Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer with a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector and extensive experience in DeltaV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user requirements for DeltaV System.
  • Evaluate and approve related design documentation.
  • Collaborate with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system.
  • Implement changes following the SDLC procedure, including RS updates, RTM change control, implementation, and testing.
  • Ensure implementations are carried out safely and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and update the development system as required.
  • Provide training to local project teams on automation standards related to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments, and business processes.
  • Partner with internal Digital departments to ensure standard and secure implementation in line with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field.
  • Completed training in DeltaV standard and batch.
  • At least 3 years of experience in DeltaV application.
  • Proven record of proficiency in business analysis on small-sized projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cGMPs, SDLC methodologies, and process improvement principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions.
  • Experience in the commissioning of DeltaV systems at a GMP manufacturing site.
