Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Language Skills:
Fluency in Italian is essential.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (training shift), 6am - 2:30pm, 7am - 3:30pm, or 8am - 4:30pm.
Work Model:
Hybrid work model: 3 days in office/2 days from home.
