Key Role in Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a customer-focused individual.

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle direct customer contact, including phone and email communication, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide sales order expediting and communicate pertinent order information to internal partners and end users.
  • Review and coordinate implementation of changes and updates to sales orders.
  • Manage Compliance related tasks in relation to customer orders.
  • Provide After Market services, including processing of customer complaints and management of the related database.
  • Product Data Management – maintenance of ERP system item records, creation of SKUs, BOMs Routings and pricing.
  • Maintenance of Monthly Departmental Reviews as required by ISO Management.
  • Management of Proforma Invoices, Credit Memos and Staged Payments relating to customer orders.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or sales experience in a technical area of a company.
  • Must work well in a team environment, maintain accurate records, and be customer-focused.
  • Ability to provide direction and establish priorities for less experienced team members.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, solid understanding of database software, and intermediate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and CRM software.

Work Environment:

Experience within an office environment and manufacturing complex, attention to detail – Right first time. General manufacturing, warehouse, and office environment.
