
Customer Experience Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Buyer to support our channel team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales solutions that enhance the customer experience, including handling direct customer contact, providing order assistance and support, and communicating pertinent order, product, and policy information to internal partners and end users.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing customer orders from initial inquiry through delivery
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Communicating with internal partners to ensure seamless execution of orders
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and orders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service or sales in a technical area
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
